Ben Mansell

My daughter Poppy is in year 4 and my two older children attended Greasby Juniors previously so GJS has been a part of life for nearly 10 years. Having been involved with the Parents Association in the past, I was enthusiastic to take on the responsibility of Parent Governor and support the school with my skillset to help ensure the best outcomes for our children, I was delighted to be appointed in November 2021.

I am a licensed accountant in private practice and in the final year of my Law Degree (LLB) currently involved with pro bono work for the Open Justice Centre. Recently I have been involved in mentoring and wellbeing projects operated for first year law students. I believe strongly in education being the foundation to success and that it is never too late to learn.

I live in Greasby with my wife and our three children, I grew up in Greasby so I certainly have a passion for and knowledge of the local area. I am very pleased to be able to give something back to the school and look forward to working with the whole school community.
